KYC Verification & Contract Signed

Verifying KYC and Signing Contract? View

After successfully completing the Evaluation phases, you will move on to the Virtual Approved Phase. Please note that before receiving the credentials for your virtual approved account via email, you must complete your KYC and sign/upload the contract. Both steps can be completed directly from your dashboard.

The KYC review and approval process usually takes 1-2 business days. Once your KYC and contract have been reviewed and either approved or rejected, you will be notified by email along with the relevant reasons.

After approval, you will receive the credentials for your virtual approved account.

What happens if KYC verification fails? View

If KYC fails due to unacceptable documents (e.g., blurry, expired, or invalid) or duplicate accounts, you won't receive a virtual approved account, and your agreement may be terminated. Resubmit clear, valid documents or contact support@fundingoptimal.com for assistance.
