What are FundingOptimal rewards methods? View
FundingOptimal offers rewards via bank transfer or cryptocurrencies within 1–3 working days after approval.
What are the requirements for a valid trading day to be counted for rewards? View
A trading day counts when a trade is opened and closed on the same day. Trades spanning multiple days count as one trading day.
Example: A trade opened on Tuesday and closed on Thursday counts as one trading day.
How do rewards work at FundingOptimal? View
Performance-based rewards are processed biweekly, beginning 14 working days after your first trade on a Virtual Approved account. To qualify, you must achieve a minimum profit of $20 and complete at least 4 trading days. For the Instant Challenge, a minimum of 5 trading days is required.
Rewards are made via bank or cryptocurrency within 1-3 business days after approval, provided all trades are closed and no rule breaches are found.
How can I request a reward? View
To request your reward:
- Go to your Dashboard.
- Navigate to the Financial section.
- Click on the "Request Reward" button.
Can I continue trading after I've requested reward? View
No, once you submit a performance-based reward request, you must stop trading immediately. Continuing to trade after requesting that is a strict violation of FundingOptimal's virtual approved accounts rules.
What happens if I trade after submitting a performance-based reward request?
If you continue trading after the performance-based reward request:
- Your reward will be cancelled.
- Your account may be disqualified.
- You could lose future virtual approval eligibility.
This rule is in place to protect both the trader and the firm during the review and verification process of the reward.
Doubt or Uncertainty Regarding My Rewards Request? View
If any doubt or uncertainty arises regarding your reward request, FundingOptimal reserves the right to request a live video interview (via Zoom, Google Meet, or another video-call platform) to verify your information.
Important:
Failure to comply with this requirement may result in:
Cancellation of your reward,
Reset of your Virtual Approved account, or
Immediate closure of your Virtual Approved account, depending on the circumstances.
